Biography:
Henri Victor Wolvens was a Belgian painter, drawer and engraver born in Brussels in 1896. He studied to Saint Luc to Schaerbeek, then to the Academiy of Saint-Josse-ten-Noode to H. Ottevaere and of Saint Gilles in section Sculpture. He will perfect in the studio Labor (Ixelles and Uccle). He was member of the «Compagnons de l’Art.», of ""Orientations ."", the «Jeune Peinture Belge.» "" And of "" Kunst van Heden "". Big retrospective to the Casino of Knokke in 1964 and to the Museum of modern Art of Oostende ( MPAM) in 1993.
